Teeth Whitening
Teeth whitening is a quick, painless way to restore the natural brightness to your smile!
The Teeth Whitening Process
During your first whitening appointment with us, we will make impressions of your teeth, which will be used to to fabricate a teeth whitening tray. This appliance is extremely lightweight and comfortable, and can be worn while you are awake or sleeping. It's also thin enough that you'll even be able to talk and work while wearing it.
At your second teeth whitening appointment, you will receive your tray and your dental teeth bleaching materials, as well as detailed instructions on how to apply the gel and how long you need to use it each day.
Most bleaching systems require 10-14 days to achieve the desired result.
What can I expect after teeth whitening?
A brighter, whiter smile!
Dental teeth bleaching can only provide a change in colour from gray to a lighter shade of gray, for example. Bleaching does not change the colour of such materials as resins, silicats or porcelains.
After the initial course of bleaching, you will likely have at least one vial of bleaching gel left over. You can use this to "touch up" your smile in the future. You can continue to use your custom mouth guard and buy vials of bleaching gel separately as required.
Contact Surdel Dental Centre today and get on the path to your whiter, brighter smile!
